Our all-natural tallow diaper cream was carefully formulated to bring you a soft and spreadable product that both protects and nourishes your baby's skin. We render our tallow from local pasture-raised cattle. We use a zinc oxide that is non-nano so that the particles are too big to be absorbed into the body. This gives it that protective component and slightly grainy texture that classic diaper creams have, but without any chemicals.

In addition to being soothing, here are some of the properties in our ingredients:

Tallow: nourishing, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial
Olive Oil: antimicrobial, antifungal
Coconut oil: anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial
Beeswax: nourishing, provides protective barrier
Bentonite Clay: detoxifying, antibacterial
Non-Nano Zinc Oxide: provides protective barrier

Best Diaper Cream!!

This is, by far, the best diaper cream I have used. I am on baby #4 and I love how thick this cream goes on and how fast it works. My baby’s diaper rash is always significantly improved the next morning after applying Abigail’s diaper cream. I only wish I had had this for all my babies!

Works so well!

I can honestly say this is the fastest working diaper rash cream that I’ve tried on my five babies. It’s also nice that it does not sting them on application (Other brands definitely do). It can clear up a rash within a day of applying it a couple of times. I’ve stocked up!

Best diaper cream!

I’m on my 4th baby and this is my favorite diaper cream I’ve ever tried! The texture is very soft so it is easy to spread but also forms a protective, hydrating layer that healed my baby’s diaper rash within 24 hours.
